Transfiguration of our LORD – March 6, 2011
Those who study the human spirit believe that people are naturally drawn to one of two places…either to water or to mountains. It is believed that people feel most at home either at the edge of or on the water, or on the mountaintops.
7 Epiphany A – February 20, 2011
In our second reading for today the apostle Paul writes to the church at Corinth that he is building his faith like a skilled master builder. I happen to know that we have at least a couple of skilled master builders in this congregation.
6 Epiphany A – February 13, 2011
I’ve always enjoyed church camp…having attended Camp Sumatanga and Camp McDowell in Alabama and Camp Mowana and Camp Luther in Ohio. So I am especially glad to have Nicole here this morning, bringing a little bit of Camp Lutherwood to us.
